Medication.

Prescriptions help me in many ways. Get me out of bed. Keep me from being in continual pain. The side effects while doing so interfere with other natural functions. Like my libido. Which has all but disappeared over the past decade. My Doctor says there is a medication to help counteract the effect, and I am more than willing to try it. I strongly believe that my sexual health is equally important to my well being (and my partner) as the other parts of myself. Insurance is not willing to pay for it. The cost per month is $200 out of pocket. This week, I found out a friend takes the exact same pills. (Not for their libido tho!) The cost to them every 30 days is one $10 co-payment. This person’s income is ten times greater than mine. I find this very interesting….and the potential for obtaining a legitimate drug I want to use-via alternative and cheaper means- quite tempting. However, I am certain I will discover a way to get what I need. Without resorting to subterfuge.
